Recently, the team at Just Leaks investigated six roof leaks. After a thorough inspection performed by our team, we identified the source of the leaks. We located HVAC units with missing base flashings. We saw that roof flashing had, in fact, never been installed on the HVAC units. We quickly fixed the issue in order to prevent further damage. Our team applied gravel to the flood coat area to prep for flashings, along with installing cap sheet flashings that were tied to the roof. Upon our comprehensive inspection, we also located and repaired ruptured pipe joints.

After we completed the project, we sent our client photos capturing and detailing the repair process. We were thrilled to receive such wonderful feedback from our client.
