Recently, the team at Just Leaks investigated six roof leaks. After a thorough inspection performed by our team, we identified the source of the leaks. We located HVAC units with missing base flashings. We saw that roof flashing had, in fact, never been installed on the HVAC units. We quickly fixed the issue in order to prevent further damage.
